De PRIME A320M-C R2.0 van ASUS ondersteunt één AMD socket AM4 processor samen met maximaal 32 GB aan DDR4 geheugen. Daarnaast beschikt hij over één PCIe x16 slot, twee PCIe x1 slot en vier SATA poorten om bijvoorbeeld een SSD, harde schijf of een CD/DVD speler aan te sluiten.
